Detailed Description
Aspose.Word is a .Net Word presentations component which enables you to read and write Word documents without utilizing Microsoft Word. Avoid Microsoft Word automation in your .Net applications. Design report or template documents in the familiar environment of your Microsoft Word. Populate the documents with your data using just a few lines of code. Generate thousands of Word documents such as reports, letters, invoices, faxes on the server.The latest release added Supporting .NET Framework 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005;Increased tolerance to invalid documents where undefined font code is used; Fixed Table width specified in percent was reset to inches or centimeters;etc.
Update Description
Version 2.2 includes all the features provided in Hot Fix 2.1.* while the following is a quick list:
Added: supports .NET Framework 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005;
Added: more methods to IDocumentVisitor to allow enumeration of tables, rows and cells;
Added: more methods to IDocumentVisitor to allow enumeration of field codes and field results;
Added: support for non merge fields, see MailMerge.UseNonMergeFields;
Fixed: table width specified in percent was reset to inches or centimeters;
Fixed: adjacent bookmarks get damaged when changing text of one bookmark;
Increased: tolerance to invalid documents where undefined font code is used.
