Sinergia is an open source, web based, help desk solution, developed in C# using version 3 of the .NET framework.
Sinergia is an ASP.NET application, that dialogs with a state machine Windows Workflow Foundation backend, hosted as a Windows Service.
Among the supported features are: Case Management, Case Type customization, Reports, User management, Case Notes, etc.
You may use Sinergia as is, or as a base solution, for you workflow development.
Sinergia is licensed under the Lesser General Public License agreement (LGPL)
