Solutions::Schedule for .NET and Calendar Tools 2.0 for .NET share a Collaborative Data management facility making integration and overall data management a cohesive solution.
The Collaborative Data Framework is a common presentation and data management layer (included with Solutions::Schedule for .NET and Calendar Tools 2.0 for .NET) for sharing schedule, appointment, contact, location and task information. Microsoft offers the concept of “Collaboration Information” through the Outlook data model. Developers can now extend Outlook using the Collaboration Information object model.
Using DBI's foundational object model developers can quickly share core data between Scheduling objects found in Calendar Tools 2.0 for .NET and Solutions::Schedule for .NET
DBI’s Collaborative Data Framework supports the data elements of Microsoft's Outlook scheduling Object Model providing a holistic structure for developers to consume existing schedule and team data for great scheduling implementations.
