Detailed Description

The world is divided into 24 adjacent, equal and equatorially perpendicular wedges, called time zones. There are 24 time zones spaced at intervals of 15° in longitude. Time zones are usually specified by the number of hours they differ from Greenwich mean time. Greenwich is defined as the 0 of longitude, and is the center of the Greenwich time zone, relative to which other time zones are usually referenced. The TimeZoneConverter for .NET provides classes that enables you to create time zone reference and convert current time from any time zone to other time zone and track the local time.
